A House Like No Other

Trulli del Trappeto is a collection of nine traditional high trulli, a historic olive mill and a former stable, thoughtfully restored to create a unique home in the Vall d’Itria in Puglia.

The trulli are the true heart of the house. With their distinctive conical roofs, thick limestone walls and remarkable curved ceilings, these traditional structures have a character entirely their own. Moving from one room to another, the beautiful shapes of the original architecture reveal themselves in unexpected ways.

Entering through the trullo, you arrive in a hallway connecting two intimate bedrooms and a spacious shared bathroom. Beyond lies the welcoming dining area, living room and kitchen — spaces designed for gathering, cooking and spending time together.

From here, the house unfolds in different directions. On the ground floor, the former stable has become a generous master bedroom with its own bathroom and private patio. Upstairs in the historic olive mill, three spacious bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom, while the former mill also offers its own lounge area and own entrance from the garden .

With six bedrooms arranged across three distinct areas, the house is particularly suited to families and groups of friends who enjoy being together while having their own space to retreat to.
