Terms + Conditions

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.

• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

• A security deposit of € 1.500 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded

• less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund

Conditions:

• Check in: Saturday

• Check in time: from 16.00 to 20.00

• Check out time: 10.00 am

Rules:

• A reservation is valid for the number of people stated on the reservation form, with a maximum of 11.

• We don’t allow weddings, private events, parties and commercial shooting (photos and video’s)

• Pets are not welcome

• Smoking inside the property is not allowed.

• The city tax is € 1,50 per guest for a maximun of 5 days. Guests who are staying 7 days or more will pay only the first 5 days. Children under 16 are always  exempt.
